Return and Exchange Policy

At MGS Güvenlik, customer satisfaction is our top priority. The following conditions apply to returns and exchanges for products you have purchased.

1. Right of Withdrawal and Return Period: According to distance selling regulations, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

2. Return Conditions: For a return request to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged.

All accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts (if any) must be returned with the product.

The original invoice for the product must be presented.

3. Non-Returnable Products: Products that have been specially manufactured to the customer's request or modified to suit their personal needs cannot be returned.

4. Return Procedures

Step 1: Before sending the product, please notify us of your return request via email to support@mgsguvenlik.com, stating the order number and reason for the return.

Step 2: After receiving our confirmation, you can ship the product to our address. You will be notified of the details of the authorized shipping company.

Step 3: After the product is received, inspected, and verified to meet the return conditions, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or repair of the product under the terms of our "Golden Guarantee."
